Guides and references for using the Jaydemy platform.
Getting Started
Create an account at jaydemy.com/register. Once registered, you can browse available live classes, subscribe to a batch, and join sessions directly from your dashboard.
For Tutors
Tutors are onboarded by the platform administrator. Once your tutor account is activated, you can:
- View and manage your assigned live classes from My Classes
- Edit your public profile from Profile
- Start sessions directly from within the platform using the embedded video conference
- View your attendance history and payout information from Dashboard
Zoom Integration (BYOV)
Tutors who use their own Zoom Pro account can connect it to Jaydemy so the platform can create and manage meetings on their behalf. To connect:
- Your administrator will share an authorisation link with you
- Click the link and approve access on the Zoom authorisation page
- Once approved, Jaydemy can create meetings for your classes automatically
- You can revoke access at any time from your Zoom account settings or by contacting support
Live Classes
Live classes are real-time, tutor-led sessions organised into batches with a fixed weekly schedule. Each batch has a defined start and end date. Enrolled tutees can join sessions at the scheduled times using the in-platform video conference.
Demo Sessions
Many live classes offer a free demo session. Any authenticated user can subscribe to a demo (subject to seat availability) without enrolling in a paid batch.
