4. Tutor Obligations
Tutors on Jaydemy agree to deliver sessions as scheduled, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all platform guidelines. Tutors who connect their Zoom accounts authorise Jaydemy to create and manage meetings on their behalf solely for the purpose of delivering classes on the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Jaydemy, including course materials, logos, and software, is the property of Jaydemy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jaydemy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
